Value built was a division of Central Tractor and owners split it off just ahead of the distraus merger of Central tractor and Quality Farm and Fleet. I don't know what hapeded after that. Late wife was working for CT when they made the stupid mistake with QF &F and she got out lust 6 months before things were shut down and TSC bought them out in bankruptcy court and the courts decided a few more dollars to creditors was worth more than keeping two companys in bussiness. If her paper work would have gottented completed a month earlier we would have been in Georga instead of at home here in Ohio as she was supposed to be managing a new CT store down there.
