On this site is only place I have ever heard of rolling beans. Yes would pull a light weight packer behing the older grain drills to firm seed in like the press wheel drills do. But never roll after that. And a rotary how MUST have a good spoon on teeth to work, will not penetrate soil without that. And without that spoon will not do anything to either the hard crust or the small weeds. A corn planter has press wheels to firm seed in like pulling that light packer on the older drills that were just made to cover seed with chains. Ohio.
