I think the parts cost you describe are the beginning of the whole cost. If you take it on your self, do you have a cherry picker with a 5 foot reach or a overhead crane? (tracks are in the road from the side). Do you realize the clutch is 13 inches in length, and 16 inches around and has the brake band around it? this is not a one day repair. The cover is all the way to and includes the master clutch. By all means buy it, we did with it crippled, and I made it work. One week full time wrenching. Jim
