I had the tank off flushed it out cleaned out some rust dried it and dumper some liner in it. I put a new tank valve on and new screen in sediment bowl which fastens to the carburetor. I blew through the fuel line before I put it on and the engine acts up even with the tank cap off. My thoughts are it is either a float or needle and seat issue. I'll try putting the old seat back in tomorrow. The carburetor needed a good cleaning that's why I put a kit in it in the first place. Thanks for your help
