I drained the oil in my JD. I grabbed a gallon container that had the oil I use. It didn't look right. I keep hydraulic oil in that gallon container, to keep in my truck, with a bunch of other stuff I never use. So I put about a qt of hydraulic oil in my motor, just one quart is in the pan. Getting late I just came home. Should I drain it out? I was thinking I will, or will it make any difference? Any thoughts. At least I didn't put 10 gal of gasoline in my diesel tank like I did a few years ago. Now I have a rebuilt pump out of that screw up. I think someone said: Getting old sucks. Stan
