1) if you let it dry and paint over it it does not hold paint well.

2) If you let it dry then scuff up well it holds paint.

3) if you let it dry then apply again then spray off it holds paint well.



Just spraying it on and hosing off cleanse the metal damm good : )

It needs nothing else other the other normal prep work for a good job. I use it for my build projects around the shop that I just want a basic paint job on be it a rattle can are a brush job...
