Dieseltech, same here. Motorcycle accident in 86. Broken femur, in traction for 6 weeks. Left knee is nearly fused straight. Almost no mobility. Need to step up for surgery. Looking at titanium "bearing caps," instead of the usual sawing out and total replacement. A lot of advancements have been made in technology.
