Had a 39 cabover for a while, you've got a 90hp flathead V-8 right next to you, the dog house crowding your legs, 4sp trans 2 spd rear it's going to be long, slow trip boys. I can remember as a kid on our road trips, on the 2 lane roads. The ol semis would be cruising at 40 or so, until there was a slight incline, then drop down a couple of shifts and away we go, and a real hill? Hard to imagine today, how that could possibly be an improvement over the RR...... Larry, oh and that cab is very very hot.
