The chopper and trucks showed up today to chop some of my corn for a neighbor. New JD 9900 with a 12 row rotary head. 950 hp. What a machine! Most of the time, he was travelling either side of 5 mph. The stream of corn coming out of the spout would probably knock you over. They will finish in the morning. Corn is quite dry, but I think it will cook.
