It's a Ford 6000 Commander engine/SOS transmission bolted to an early 4000 row crop rear end. Chevy C-10 pickup front clip for suspension, two more brakes and MUCH better power steering. The smaller rear 11.2R X 24 BKT tires to slow it down some. In eighth gear 1000 RPM is ten MPH, 1500 is 15, etc. Ninth gear works well for 15-16 MPH rides as engine is running about 900 RPM with 1800 RPM at 32 MPH. Tenth gear 1500 RPM is about 40 MPH. Ninth gear is my favorite as it's direct through the transmission. Crazy thing gets about 25 MPG in ninth gear, better than my diesel pickup..
