If that were the problem I should have noticed some unusual goings on when I moved machine to where I was going to change the oil.It worked perfect.Then I changed oil restarted to check for any leaks & it began to rain so I left machine in that spot for at least 1 month as weather was rainy a lot & I just not had time to move machine back to where I usually park it.When I was to move it back is when I had problem right after I started it.Machine had never made any unusual noises either just could not disengage clutch.I did move machine back & tried to get loose by jacking it up with 1 stab & then dropping it but to no avail.Thanks for your input though.
