I prefer two cycle motor oil for added lube. Being in pump/injector repair over forty years and counting, buying clean fuel and having good filter maintenance does the most good. Not a fan of ATF, especially for on road use. You DON'T want to get caught with the ATF fuel tint and try explaining you're not running farm fuel when you're tank gets checked. Bio diesel also can cause problems IF used in diesels that set unused a lot. I've seen the loose fitting governor weights in CAV DPA and Stanadyne/RoosaMaster pumps stuck inside the weight cage with grease/tar like build up they wouldn't fall out with the cage upside down. The metering valve and rotor plunger will stick too, same as they do with any traces of water in fuel. Buy CLEAN fuel, and KEEP it CLEAN is your best bet..
