That video i sent you of my haybine, i used a small floor jack to bolt the weights back on to the pitman arm, there not real heavy, but laying on your back, trying to hold the bottom weight, drop the bolt threw from the top and screw the nut on from the bottom? The jack made it easier. Not having quick tach loader sucks dosent it? Why can’t you leave the loader on year round? I know the loader on the tractor is sometimes a pita.
