I'm not convinced it is worth the extra costs ! Guys running fleets and doing oil analysis would be able to run the numbers and see if it works for them I would think. For that old beater with a gas engine I'd run the Rural King $ 1.99 qt oil in it. Or whatever cheap oil you can find in your area as long as it has the API labeling and markings.
