Had the gen'l Manager of the NAPA store do the exact same thing couple years ago. I went in for ONLY one thing, a tube of HYLOMAR UNIVERSAL BLUE gasket dressing. I looked around the shelves in the front. Looked around again. I was the only customer in the store. Finally he asked what I was looking for. I told him. He said he had never heard of it. I used to buy it at Blain's Farm & Fleet when Permatex had the packaging contract in the US, put it in a tube, put tube in a box, put the Permatex name on box & tube with HYLOMAR in big bold letters. The dummy looked it up on the Internet, He said, "Looks like it's good stuff." I even said, "It IS, that's why I want IT instead of any of this other stuff you have." He shut his computer off, never volunteered to order any. He went back to doing something else. I left. I'll NEVER go in a NAPA store ever again. I don't see how you guys get ANYTHING done shopping for parts at NAPA.
