One time, somebody sent me a package via FedEx. About the time it was supposed to arrive, I got a card in the mail telling me to call the FedEx terminal to give them directions to my house. I gave them detailed directions right down to the pinpoint description of the house. The lady thanked me and I waited for my package.
Two days later, another card like the first asking for directions to my house. Once again, I called and gave them precise directions to the house. Two more days pass and I get yet another card like the first two. I called the number, seemed to be the same lady as I talked to the first two times. I suggested that perhaps the directions may not have been given to the driver. I started to give her directions again and I stopped and said "never mind. Just tell your driver to give it to the UPS man. He knows where my house is." Apparently I shamed them as I never did finish the directions. My package arrived the next day.
