It is military VH4D Wisconsin had no regular starter and had to use a different fly wheel and a VF4D starter. Has 4 to 1 clutch reduction also off of the VFD, runs in oil and Chevy 1 ton rear and tranny, 4x4 Chev steering gear and a 22 GPM front pump. Will pick up more than the Deer beside it.
