First thing you better find out where all that oil is coming from. Rear seal leaking ? Looks like the pressure plate is junk as it looks like the hub is moving back and forth on those 3 rivets. Check it yourself as it’s hard to see in picture . Plus there is some cracks in it. As for the disc it would do for a while , but it’s too oil soaked. To tell the disc wear you look at the rivets. If they are ready to start rubbing the plate then it’s done. You must clean those friction surfaces up with brake clean then have a look at the flywheel to check it also. It needs a new pilot brg. And parts are not cheap nowadays.
