To my understanding it was in "some degree and part and time" AFTER cancellation of the Keystone Pipeline and some federal land oil leases prices have risen. Maybe that played some part maybe it didn't ????????? Im NOT saying or qualified to judge, such would be difficult to "prove" even by some all wise all knowing "expert" in global economics and crude oil, I'm ONLY pointing out the TIMING of some part of the rise with respect to those cancellations.
