Hello new to the group and looking for some help. My dads 1968 Ford 3000 3-point lift had been getting slower and slower. Then the PTO seal went out as well so I figured I would tackle both issues at once. So I removed lift cover and cleaned both suction and return filters. Replaced the seals on hydraulic piston and new o-rings on supply and return lines where housing comes together. I put it back together with new gaskets and lift still doesnt work with a load on it and only works very slowly without a load Pump is primed however I have not done pressure test. One thing I noticed that may help pin point the problem is if I flip the selector lever to the horizontal position (draft control) and hold it down tightly with the heel of my boot it will lift a 5 ft bush hog Any help would be appreciated before l remove the lift cover again. Also refilled with universal tractor trans/hydraulic fluid from tractor supply to fill plug
