So - brand new hydraulic pump later and hooray. I have some power + speed back in the loader and lift arms :-D I disassembled the old one and pump housing was... well more like centrifugal pump clearance....
To help anyone else out there in the same boat I fitted a Caproni 20A16X007 pump for a fraction of the Bosch cost.
Now unfortunately I do still have the 3PL hiccup issue and the nameplate has been removed in the past so 6006A or 6206A is still up for debate.
The 3PL has plenty of lift power now. At any height the lift will hunt over about 2 inches. It will lift to height and drop (about 1"/sec) 2", lift and repeat. I don't believe it's the lift cylinder seals as you can lift an implement to height, shut off the engine, load will drop 2" and stay put with no further drop.
I'm thinking it's a relief or some balancing not happening correctly somewhere but not familiar in anyway with Deutz hydraulics. Any help on setting up hydraulic pressures including test point locations would be appreciated.
