OK if you pull up on the handle and do not turn it and step on the brake LH brake pedal it will lock the pedal down,, But it releases when you step down again on the pedal,, if you pull it up and turn it to lock the lever up it will not release the brake pedal until you turn it back and let the lever go down and again step down and it will release the pedal,, hope that makes sense cnt
