The company I work for has bought over 25 of them the last couple of years. In an industrial setting they have not held up well. We've had so many problems with them that the company has used us as a basis to make improvements. We pay around 7k for each unit and at that price I would look for a low hour used Polaris Ranger. They have made a lot of improvements to the running gear and body but they still have a cheap 300 hour Kohler motor. If you are only going to put a few hours a year on one they might last awhile. They gave me one to use the first of this year and after 2 weeks I went back to the shop and got my old Club Car golf cart back and told them to give that piece of junk to someone else. Just my opinion.
