$3,500 total: $1,500 for the loader; leaving $2,000 for the tractor as-is sounds about right or somewhat high depending on the tires and your area. If you have someone else replace the clutch, I would budget another $1,000 or more for that work.
If you can get it for $3K or less would be better, the market for for tractors like that is limited.
