I have them on my 520 and 530 john deere, and also on my farmall 340. As I understand they were the same profile as the 15-5s. The 13-6s are the same profile as the 14s and the 16.9s. so I've been told by the old tire guys. they were a shorter diameter then the 13-6s but a hair wider tread allowing less torque, so a little more pull. so they could sell these smaller tractors as three plow instead of two plow. just my two cents. john
