Ditto. Larger equipment may use more fuel even though it gets done quicker. When something breaks it is going to cost more. I assume you are charging on a per acre basis and not per hour.
On the other hand think about how long it would take to mow with a little push mower or lawn tractor and how much time you are saving the landowner if he mowed it himself.
Or lets say you were using a big 4 wheel drive dual wheel tractor with a 15' or bigger mower. Get it done really fast but I don't think you would want to charge less for the big machine and probably would need to charge more.
