If they have a brick and mortar business I would show up there in person and get some answers. Every contractor business is very short staffed because of covid and they may have over bid what they can do. If so they might only be taking care of the customers making the most noise. You may have to start making some noise to get the results you want. I'm a contractor too and have been there however when I got over bid I started turning work down until I got things under control.
