I should have included, this tractor used to run both mowers just fine, now it doesn't. Which is why I tend to believe its some sort of wear issue. I guess the place to start is pulling that inspection cover to take a look and see whats going on.
I bought this tractor a few years back with unknown hours (well, hour meter stuck at 5000, I should say). So who knows what the hours really are and how long that clutch has been on there. I did adjust the freeplay on the clutch in the last year, I wonder if I messed something up then.
