Well, I have to eat some of my words from earlier.
Decided I couldn't make things any worse by trying so I went and raked the hay. Still wasn't raining so I got out the round baler. Made 16 4x4 solid core silage rounds. Still wasn't raining, and my brother in law had arrived, so we hooked up the wrapper. He ran around with the loader and fetched bales while I wrapped. Changed wrap rolls and the new roll didn't give me any trouble for a change. Didn't even snap the shear bolt on the wrapper arm.
It's now 4:00PM and it still hasn't rained. All the rain is going to the north.
