I told my BTO neighbor a couple of years ago at a tractor pull where he had several old tractors heavily weighted down for the pull that I had decided that all it takes to be able to get the job done was a low enough gear and lots of weight, and that the amount of power was of secondary importance. I said I was going to bring my VAC up to hook onto his big 30+ foot disk, we could weight it down and I would go do his field work with it. He had a hearty laugh and said bring it up, we'll see how it does.
