Bake one of those potatoes, with a few spoon full of sour cream, and thats a meal in its self. I didnt think anyone still burned off stubble. Seems to go totally against modern thinking of no tillage and keeping residue on top to hold moisture and help to add tilth. As well as making a habitat for worms and micro organisms. My mother used to tell me about how this time of year, the night sky would be lit by people burning straw stacks made by threshing machines.
