When the folks were logging we used three per load two rail to rail and a center wrapper. The Motor Carrier enforcement were always on us. Grandpa rolled a load in a road repair cross over, soft shoulder. The load stayed right with the trailer. It layed on the binders so we had to cut the chains. State Police thought they could cut with an axe. Not grade 70. Took center out of that axe.
