I recently got a ticket for unsecure load. A boxed generator on a pallet in a sealed enclosed trailer. Problem was they had the pallets double stacked and the rear pallet was leaning over. While it would not have hit the rear door even if it fell over it was not strapped from falling over. Made the DOT officers day because after checking everything including the brake adjustment on every wheel he had finally found something he could write a ticket for. Since I had a strap in the truck to use he could not put me out of service.
