We planted some about the same time, and they did fairly well. We have been very dry and hot most of the summer, and will have temps up in the 80s this week after today. That plus an early crop of fall worms finished them off. We planted a few more seed in early August but got nothing from them. They began blooming but did not get enough moisture to produce.
