If you are just putting a new tire aganst an older or more worn tread tire that will happen sometimes. On my one semi trailer with 22.5's I had to put both tires on new and save the good one to put on with one of about the same tread depth. IF I didn't the more worn one would scuff as they turned rubbing the tread off instead of wearing it off. Blowing is more of an inflation or rubbing of the side walls problem. Might also look occasionally to make sure something didn't get wedged between them causing the same problem. What extra stuff do you have inside like bigger freezers or other personal items that ad a lot of weight beyond the unit itself? I know several years ago somebody was saying how heavy a lot of Motor homes and campers were due to the extra stuff people put in them over the loaded weight rating of the vehicle. Sort of like all the hay bales you see on top of horse trailers going down the road.
