I bought a used track loader with a Yanmar engine. It calls for a lighter oil than I keep here, and use in everything else. So I got some 5W40. The machine was supposedly serviced before I got it, but I wanted to be sure it had the correct oil before cold weather. Oil change only took 1.5 gal, not the 2 gal specified. Oil was black as soon as I put it in. Do you suppose there might be 2 quarts which don't drain out?
