If you need the truck right now you could swap the turn signal flasher with the 4 way flasher, they should be the same then take the old one to the parts store to match up.
Like Jim.ME said it should just be a common 2 prong flasher.
If you have any junker vehicles around most makers used the same flasher for many many years.
There is also a heavy duty one available that will plug into the same socket.
