Shortages are real, as to why that is subject to lots of speculation. I don't know one business of any kind that won't hire an abke bodied person, all are running short. I am supposed to be retired. Did my 1099 bookkeeping for October and I worked every day save Sunday mornings. Working at a saw mill as I type this that hasn't had a full tine loader man for two months.
