The wife painted some old tires that she uses for planters. I cut the top sidewall out. She painted inside and out over 2 years ago and they have been moved and thrown around a bit, yet are still holding their color as if just painted.
It was Rust-Oleum American Accents 2X Ultra Cover. Not sure if they still sell that exact paint, but look for Rust-Oleum with paint + primer.
