My mapping shows souther route thru Dyersburg, 412 to 63 to West Plains to be 291 miles taking 5 hrs, 26 minutes
Going thru Murry, Mayfield, Cairo and 60 to to 63 and West plains to be 284 miles taking 4 hrs,51 minutes
Taking 160 out of Popular Bluff is 10 miles shorter but takes 6 minutes longer.
This is mapped travel time, on good roads I normally travel at 5 mph over were on curvy secondary roads you may not be able to maintain posted limits, something to factor in.
