I posted about this a couple of weeks ago. Seems to be mostly 15w-40 in my area. If you showed up with your own oil and filter and asked for an oil change at any garage in my area you would probably be told to hit the road. There is no money to be made doing oil changes. Even the jiffy lubes are suffering in my area.
