I don't do very much car work,but I really don't mind the nuts and bolts part of it.Sure you have to tear half the car apart sometime to get to something,but most of the time it's the idea of it much more than actually doing it that is the problem.Dig in and it's done before you know it.We have a few really sharp whiz kids in some garages around here,they can read,understand,and interpret these computer controlled fuel and ignition systems like it's their second nature.With some of them their problem seems to be the nut and bolt work.Not all of them,but some tend to pinch wires,install seals crooked,overtighten some things,not clean gaskets quite good enough,etc.Their brain is brilliant,but their fingers can be stupid.
