First off, I feel that the three categories you listed have to remain separate and NOT used together in one ad. I personally will not reply to an ad without a price listed because you run the risk of violating the other two categories, i.e., you find out his price is too high, and firm and he then gets mad at you for wasting his time when you refuse to buy his item.
