Much is out of sequence. Looks photoshopped. (grins) The formwork is done, concrete placement usually starts at the end. The georgia bucket is dumped in the center, plywood runners are being lifted over the freshly placed concrete. could use a couple of more finishers. So the scafffolding and formwork assumed will be removed. What then will hold up the road?
