Can't get the wheel off the axle. Two bottom rope trip plow; John Deere 61? (can't make out the number real good). This is the wheel that runs in the furrow not the clutch side. See the flanged sleeve? It has to come off the axle shaft in order for the wheel to come off. I can't get the flanged sleeve to move at all. How is it attached? Does anyone know? I removed the pin that I thought was holding it on and thought it should slide off...nope. Nothing.
