Well I couldnt take it any longer , tractor has been sitting for 13 hours and pulled the battery out. With my harbor freight meter checked voltage of the battery had 6.4. Then get out my battery hydrometer and checked the cells all in the green. OK put battery back in and fired up and let it warm up about 15 minutes. Amp meter is down to about 8 on the charge side Check voltage at the battery after 15 minutes of warm up had 8.2. Now Im leaning towards the voltage regulator because I did check the Genny output was 8+.
Does it appear the voltage regulator is kind of not doing what it supposed to
