I think I better warn you: if your camshaft is frozen, be sure to remove the valve springs and get the tappets to rise enough to clear the journals before trying to remove it. I broke a Cub block by not doing that.
Could you 'heat and beat' a wrench that would reach those bolts? I have a whole drawer full of 'custom' tools that were made to do some job I couldn't do with regular tools. Remember you don't have to get the bolt completely out, just back it out of the rod and take the cap and bolt out at one time.
Another thought: If you can get enough pressure off the crank, you might be able to 'roll' the upper main bearing inserts out and get some 'wiggle' room to separate the camshaft and the crank.
