There are a couple of possibilities to check for. First, make sure the device you're using to read the card can actually read it. Large SD cards are fomatted as exFAT, but older Windows computers and some newer non-Windows (e.g. Linux) computers can't read exFAT without installing additional software. Try reading the card on a different PC or the camera you last used it with.
Another possibility is the files were accidentally deleted, or the card was accidentally re-formatted. There are undelete utilities that work with exFAT. I can't make any specific recommendations because I haven't used any of them. But there's a chance of recovering all or some of you files if they were deleted or the card was reformatted.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
