Not going back with a solid wood panel design, you might want to look at some modern doors. You can either buy new, or duplicate the design of a new style, by building your own.
If you were having any trouble with your track and rollers, I'd consider completely re-doing that as well, or perhaps just buying new track and rollers as well. No need to have a new door, and still be fighting the rollers and track. Hanging up, door detaching itself from it, or track detaching itself from the building, etc.
