Yes. AT the injection pump. That's where it counts. Take the hose off, check the banjo bolt and fitting as well. Let the fuel run into jar or clean jug and see how long does the fuel flow in a full steady stream. It should run until the tank is empty, but if it makes it two minutes or so, then flow should not be your problem.
